     Lexi and Kissie went to their first Hunter show today. We entered 2 divisions...
The first division was Division 4, 18" Open Hunter, and the other was Division 5, 2' Amateur Hunter. The Series
Circuit championship is determined at the end of 6 weeks, after all 6 shows.
Lexi and Kissie got off to a great start with a 2nd place in the Division 4 warm-up class, only to improve to
win the first and second hunter classes, and finished with a 2nd in the Hunter Under Saddle flat class.
She went confidently into the Division 5 classes and swept
every class with a win! She ended up winning the Division 4 & 5 Circuit Championship.
Lexi is on Cloud 9 right now.
                   
I purchased one of your stud's foals, and I just absolutely adore her!
Pop Rock N Blues is the kindest most
personable horse I have ever owned. Last year we took her around to a few big shows such as the Red Bud and Big A to name
a few and came out of the summer with a good 40 points just in the Amateur Hunter Under Saddle and Amateur Equitation. We have started Stella
in the showmanship and WOW is she good!!!
We have also started the horsemanship and some trail with her, believe or not she's actually pretty good at it. For as long as she trots
she can jog as slow as some of those pleasure horses! Stellas newest activity has been the hunters! I think this is going to be her forte, she's amazing.
Alfred Hewitt will be showing her probably at the start of next year! Just wanted to send you a little up date to fill you in on Stella's success! ~ Jessica Merritt
